In consideration of this payment to Aeon Industries LLC (the “Company”) of a $1,000.00 refundable deposit (the “Deposit”), the buyer is expressing their intent, at the buyer’s sole option, to purchase an AEONrv for a purchase price of $219,500 on the Company’s standard terms. If the buyer follows through with the purchase the Deposit shall be applied to the purchase price. The buyer may obtain a refund of the Deposit by notifying the Company via email and the company will return the Deposit as quickly as possible, but not later than 21 days. The Company will hold the Deposit in its general account and reserves the right to refund the Deposit at any time.
